I would love a manager to contact me. My husband has had Janet cut hair for years and she is amazing. So I made an appointment today and was told there was availability tomorrow but come to find out the scheduler did not do her job right. And no appt for me now. It’s unacceptable sorry.

Love this salon! After going to 3 consultations before going to Charisma for Hair, I can definitely say this salon is the best around from service to affordability. Everyone is so friendly and genuine. They are transparent with costs and services. I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Kae do my hair. She did a fantastic job!! My mom went today and Marshal cut her hair. I gave him instructions because my mom doesn’t speak english. I told him that she just want to cut her hair (She does not have long hair due to medical conditions), he asked to wash her hair and she said NO. I went to pick-up my dinner and when I went back to this place I asked to my mom how much she paid and she said $42!!! I went inside to ask why she paid that much, and Mr. Marshal answered “well you wasn’t here and she doesn’t speak english” but I gave him instructions!!!!...NE... read more
