Dr.Charen was recommended to me by a family member. Seven days after a fall, what I thought was a muscle pull was a quad tendon rupture. Two days after my initial consultation, I was in surgery for the repair. Five months later after surgery and Physical Therapy, I am almost to full motion. Dr. Charen has a great deal of knowledge and a great staff. I always was treated with a friendly greeting and on time appointments.
Dr. Charen is knowledgable and did a great job repairing my ACL. His surgical and office staff are courteous. I am so glad that Dr. Charen helped me through my ACL surgery and recovery.
I had a complete knee replacement from Dr. Charen and had only positive experience from consult through end of out patient rehab. The office staff were very helpful with all my pre-surgical questions. Everything was clearly explained and all questions were answered. I was ready to do my other knee immediately after this experience with Dr. Charen and the staff at Orthopedic Associates of Central Jersey.
A co worker referred me to Dr. Charen. Turned out I had a tear of my Medial Meniscus as well as a tear to my Lateral Meniscus. The Lateral tear wasn't on MRI evaluation. Dr. Charen repaired both. Dr. Charen listens give feedback for questions asked. Very happy with how things are progressing after surgery.
I ended up at Dr. Charen's office due to a foot injury. Dr. Charen was knowledgable, compassionate, and professional. Each visit, he consistently answered all my questions with patience. The staff at the office were also friendly and helpful.
I was recommended to Dr. Charen by a family member. I found him to be understanding and informative. His staff is friendly and considerate. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done and the test I needed to have done. He explained the procedure I needed and the recover time an the physical therapy I needed after surgery. I am back to my regular activities. His surgical team is caring and thoughtful. I recommend him.
Dr Jeffrey Charen performed a total knee replacement for me at JFK in Edison, NJ, in January '18. I'm extremely happy with the work he did, and I would recommend him to anybody.
Dr. Charen did an AMAZING job on my knee! The scar is even barely visible and it feels as if I never had gotten surgery. He made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure and also makes sure his patients get the best results!
Great doctor and surgeon. Very helpful staff. Had 2 knee surgeries with great results.
