Called for an emergency appointment and got one. Problem not really solved yet but I trust him.
Great doctor with a great bedside manner. I have been seen by him a few times for knee issues and it has always been a great experience.
Minimal wait time upon arrival and check in. Dr Charen listened, then discussed with my input as to resolving my knee pain. BAM! Was feeling much better the next day after treatment. Have visited Orthopedic Assoc several times through the past 10 yrs and never had any issues.
Second knee surgery with Dr. Charen (once per knee) in two and a half years. Outstanding doctor and staff at the surgical center. I was well taken care of. Questions were answered, and instructions clearly given. While the surgery was just recent, I have confidence that it will be as successful as the other one. I live an hour away from the office and for my family and me, it has always been worthwhile to come to see Dr. Charen for care.
The visit was very good as usual, attended to promptly, had a healthy discussion with Dr Charen, on X-ray results.

Office is well run, staff is friendly to patients. Drs are all top notch in their field. Dr. Charen was able to quickly diagnose my problem and gave me good advice for dealing with it.

Outstanding and thorough. I've been using him as my orthopedist for years for him and my entire family. He took good care of my sons when they were athletes in school and growing up, and did a great job on knee surgery for me. I drive an hour to see him and it's worth it. He explains what I need to know and follows up. Most recently, I had a flare up of a problem with the knee that was not operated on.
