Dropped off a dress on Monday with a stain that needed care, and told the girl at the front desk i needed to pick it up by Thursday. Showed up to pick up the dress this afternoon and the girl said I needed to come back by 5:00. I was then brought the untouched dress and told they needed more time. They hadn’t even looked at it! Terrible service. And now I have a dirty dress to wear tonight when I could have taken it somewhere who would have either notified me in advance they needed more time or said they couldn’t get it done... read more
Helped me out in a pinch. They were shutting down the steamers but waited for me to arrive with my daughter's graduation robe which was needed for tonight!
