INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I have lived in this apartment complex for about 4 years now and now my apartment is infested.! I’ve called called called and called NOTHING is done about it. “Oh yes we will get someone out asap” and still nothing.! Watch the office censor this review lol DO NOT live here unless you want to pay for a third rate apartment in the worst area in town. Office staff is actually useless in every sense of the word. Maintenance requests will RARELY be fulfilled if you call the office unless it absolutely has to be addressed. Yes, you can request it on the app but even the ones on the app would say they were completed WHEN THEY WEREN'T. Internet traffic (and normal traffic) is very dense in this area so expect your internet to go out regularly. M... read more
Our apt burned down last July, and thankfully Chardonnay was a sister property of the place we lived. They got us in an apartment in no time, it's absolutely beautiful. From vaulted ceilings to overhead fans and a fireplace, this apt is the home we desperately needed after loosing everything in such a tragedy. The maintenance staff here is amazing, and the office team is wonderful. The main maintenance man, Mitch, is an absolute legend.
