We have lived here since April 2025. This is a nice quiet complex. I feel safe walking our dog around the complex at any hour of the day. All of our requests to the office have been resolved to date. The property manager Maria has been kind, understanding, and efficient. The maintenance guys are fantastic and always courteous. The dog park is a great area that we use to play frezbee with our dog. This is a great place to live apartment wise, and the staff is so friendly and caring:)
Chardonnay is very clean apts. Love that the yards are kept up very well. Even around the trash bins. Neighbors are very friendly. Quiet in these apts. I Love living here.
While there are positive aspects, there are ongoing issues that I feel need attention. Positive: The office has cameras and security staff, and they respond when called. Amenities like the pool are a great feature when they can be properly enjoyed. Concerns: There seems to be a constant influx of disruptive or inconsiderate residents, which impacts the community’s overall environment.
