We have given the charcoal grill our business many times. This year, we decided to go there for Easter. This 2 star review, is because my entire family was eating, and our waitress told us "this table is reserved at 12, so not trying to rush you.....but"... My family also made a reservation weeks ago.... we literally still had food in our mouths. This was SO incredibly rude. Needless to say, my family won't be dining at the charcoal grill on Easter again. And I can't believe a business would allow that.
We had a late lunch here today on our way to Sturgeon Bay and it was AMAZING!! Our server was awesome, very accommodating, our meals were PERFECT. We ordered the sampler platter appetizer, I don't recall its name on the menu, but talk about tons of delicious food, including bbq ribs!! I had the soup and salad, which was amazing, my fiancé had a giant double burger and waffle fries. Suffice it to say, we have PLENTY left over for a second meal, lol!! Will definitely be back!!
Well to start with I ordered the chicken meal with mashed potatoes. Requested chicken gravy for the potatoes. They serve NO gravy with DRY mashed potatoes. Chicken was okay. Nothing to go out of your way to have. Staff was more interested in people that they knew. If they didn't know you, you checked on very little. Probably won't return or recommend unless Nothing better.
You will never go away hungry and you will never be charged over what you have in your wallet. The owners and their children are like old friends.
Service was excellent, food was great, drinks were amazing, and the building & seating exceedingly comfortable.
We just came from Charcoal Grill on Hwy 32, burgers were excellent, also the onion stings. Our waitress Kayla was fantastic and so was the manager Courtney. Looking forward to going back. Really good food and service. Thanks

Me n my lady went sat down no sliver wear we had the fish plat the bread was hard as a rock the was not that grate. the fish was dry the coleslaw dident even look the coleslaw. Dident get no salad with our fish or any lemons n for what u get it over priced I would never go back at all
The salads are good, fresh. Onion rings yummy. I would stay away from the chicken dumping soup, no flavor, just cloudy water with some dumplings.
