My husband's black and blue burger was overdone, the cheese was hard and it had an odd seasoning sprinkled on it. My "extreme grilled cheese" came the first time with no cheese and the second time with Swiss cheese that wasn't melted and tasted like plastic
I honestly like the food and service here but extremely disappointed there is no changing table in the Men’s room. Sad that Charcoal Grill doesn’t think Men ever need to change their kids.

I come here most Mondays. Totally not on the A game today. Sat at table waited for over 10 min to even be greeted. Then had to flag someone down for a drink. Totally unacceptable!!! If the wait staff would look around once in a while they may be able to figure out someone was sat in their section.
