It rippled after a couple of years. I called them about it. They did not call back.
Architectural tiles rippled. I called Charbonneau, but they never return my calls. They also damaged screens, said they’d repair them, but never brought them back. I wanted a skylight, but they forgot to install it. Plus, they’re expensive.
