RecommendedPersonally I’ve never dealt with any car dealership before this. I have dealt with Charbonneau's for about 15 years now and I have never had any issues. I've dealt with most of the salesmen and have done a lot with the shop group as well. I have always had a great experience with everyone. I can't say that I have a favorite because I like them all. I like that everyone of them has a great personality and sense of humor. Charbonneau always has an amazing selection for every budget, I’ve just been super particular and had a checklist for exactly what I wanted. After working with Lance for about a year we found the perfect fit! I think I can speak for the both of us when I say I’m more than elated the search is over. Although I don’t recommend calling or stopping in weekly to see if there’s been changes, Lance does a great job of staying professional and working diligently to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Lance was super easy to work with. He didn't bait and switch, very strait forward. Our purchase was quick and, easy. We love our Avalanche and look forward to doing business here again!
