My mother was under the care of Dr. Rao in 1998. His demeanor was professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. When my brother had asked how best to reach him with questions Dr Rao offerred his cell number and made himself available for contact at anytime with questions. His sincere kindness and compassion to my father and all of my family was greatly appreciated and made a trying time easier to endure.
I certainly hope y9u had a very nice Christmas, Dr. Rao. I, unfortunately, did not due to your negligent mistake,resulting in the death of my beloved Father. He was my world, and you are too arrogant to apologize.
