We went last night and not only was the food fantastic, but the service really stood out - it was outstanding!!! We are from Chicago and we both agreed that this was definitely up to par with Chicago service and standards - something we rarely find here in Rochester!!! Cheers to the Char Staff - front and back of the house!!! We look forward to our next visit!!!

Had an excellent dining experience last night- in fact I would say it was the best meal I've eaten...ever! The food and service were outstanding. Flawless from beginning to end. And Russel W. was the best.
