My experience at Char was truely magical- Our server Laura was on point and genuine. She was quite knowledgeable, and guided us through the heavenly menu. My 8oz filet mignon was cooked perfectly rare. Food like this reminds me why I'm not a vegetarian anymore! The beef tar tar and red prawn small plates where an absolute treat. My cocktail Tequila and Chill was such a divine elixir, I had to get more than one. To top it all off the chocolate mousse- to die for ! Thank you so much for a magnificent evening to remember !
We went yesterday for lunch and at first we're actually going to leave because we weren't impressed with the menu. We decided to stay and we're glad we did. I had the steak tip salad which was delicious and generously portioned and perfectly cooked, and my fiancé had the meatloaf which included a mashed potato cheeses cake that was divine. We will definitely be returning for dinner in the near future.
Great food, great wine list, and our waiter was great, perfect evening!
Exceptional from moment one until we left. It was my son's 22nd birthday and i wanted to treat him. His love of steak was why i thought of Char. He ordered the 25oz cowboy ribeye. It did my Mom-heart good to watch him enjoy every morsel. The side kale with prosciutto and the mushrooms with rosemary just made it that much more delectable.
