I engaged Char to cater a surprise birthday party for my daughter at her work place. One entrée had to be both gluten and corn free. Char prepared the special meal, packaged it separately, and labeled it. Everyone who participated raved about the delicious hamburgers; the meat was an excellent grade and had been perfectly cooked. The brownies were a big hit, as well. Char delivered and set up the meal at the time I had requested.
