Trying very hard to support all restaurants during the Pandemic but the service is just terrible. Consistently terrible. Waited over an hour tonight for a to-go Family Pack of chicken tenders. The manager finally informs me after I’ve been sitting in wait for over 30 minutes (over an hour since I called the order in at this point) that they gave my order to someone else and are remaking it. She asked if I needed ketchup?!? No, I need my order!
