I know Char through our oldest sons, who graduated from high school together and then went to the same college. Char worked around the clock for us, and was always readily available even with my husbands work schedule. She made the home buying process SO much easier for us being first timers. Char went above and beyond any agent we've ever used. She is there at a moments notice to answer questions and never ignores you no matter how crazy things get. We've used her twice to buy a home and sell my mother in laws home. Very knowledable!!

Char was the only realtor we called and so happy we did! She guided us through the process and made sure our home looked great for listing! In less than 2 weeks we had an accepted offer for just a tad under asking. We were wanting to relocate north and she made several visits to Milwaukee to show us homes - no fussing about the drive! Our communication was great and it was awesome to share some laughs during the process!

Char is your go to Realtor !! I was relocating from out of state. I didn't have much time in town to devote to looking at homes and did not want to have to spend my precious money on plane tickets repeatedly to get from Arizona to Wisconsin. Char did an amazing job finding us a house that works perfect for our 6 kids. We sold two houses and closed on our new home all in the same day.
