Char took care of selling my home, then when the time came to purchase another home; I used her services to locate and purchase my current home..Char knows her stuff!..very diligent about getting you what you want, location, style of home; keeping you in your price range, etc.. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home to give Char a call, professional to a "T" with a sense of humor and a little sass to boot!..

Char was an absolute rock star throughout our home buying experience! She made the process easy and less stressful. Char was always there to answer questions for us and definitely showed how great she is at her job with the house we are currently moving into. Her negotiation skills are off the charts!
