Purchased a CB Grill 10-1-2025, thru AMAZON ($525.00) ,Shipped directly from Char-Broil (CB) . The grill fails to stay lit. Followed all the trouble shooting tips...Have had two CB gills over the past 29 yrs- never had any issues B4. Went to the GOV. Product Safety web site - no issues noted, have attempted to use the grill 6 time since purch. Grill EXPLODED for the 2nd time today , fortunately NO ONE was INJURED, just shaken up after attempting to ignite burner. Blowing the lid up and back! Contacted CB cust. service- they ... read more

HAVE TRIED TO GET A DEFECTIVE KNOB REPLACEMENT ON A NEW CHARBROIL GRILL I BOUGHT AND EVERY EMAIL TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE UNANSWERED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL. THEY GHOST CUSTOMERS WHICH SENDS A CLEAR MESSAGE, DO NOT BY A CHARBROIL!!!!
Absolutely Terrible; Char-broil Outdoor Air Fryer - in-laws got us a gift, can't even assemble it because the screws don't align between the burner and valve. Spent 2 hours with CB warranty and customer service. They agreed to replace other WRONG PARTS and took video and pics. But ultimately suggested we just needed to return it to the retailer.
