Friendly place. They have parking available in a dirt lot just north of the business in the Business Park. They will let you in after 7:00. And they will check you in after 8:00

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam, the Customer Support Manager at Char-Broil / SABER Grills, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service he provided. Though I live in California and never met him, his service made a lasting impression on me. Sam went above and beyond to help me locate and order a part that wasn’t in stock, ie Saber 500 three heat emitters and grills. 1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Experience Charbroil, please get it together. The phone number listed on your website is wrong — how does that even happen in 2025? I had to hunt around just to reach someone in customer service, and when I finally did, I was told they know the number is wrong but the company refuses to fix it. Seriously? To make matters worse, your site is full of grills that are “available,” only for me to find out after purchasing that they’re out of stock. No warning, no email, no call — just radio silence.... read more

Horrible company. They took my order for an Oklahoma Joe grill, took my money and won’t deliver the grill. When talking with customer (no) service, the answer was “not our problem. It left the warehouse. Talk to the shipper”. I paid char broil to deliver, it’s their shipping company. Worse customer service ever. Plenty of other grills out there. Don’t do business with these people.
