I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam, the Customer Support Manager at Char-Broil / SABER Grills, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service he provided. Though I live in California and never met him, his service made a lasting impression on me. 1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Experience Charbroil, please get it together. The phone number listed on your website is wrong — how does that even happen in 2025? I had to hunt around just to reach someone in customer service, and when I finally did, I was told they know the number is wrong but the company refuses to fix it. Seriously? To make matters worse, your site is full of grills that are “available,” only for me to find out after purchasing that they’re out of stock. No warning, no email, no call — just radio silence.... read more
Horrible company. They took my order for an Oklahoma Joe grill, took my money and won’t deliver the grill. When talking with customer (no) service, the answer was “not our problem. It left the warehouse. Talk to the shipper”. I paid char broil to deliver, it’s their shipping company. Worse customer service ever. Plenty of other grills out there. Don’t do business with these people.
This one star reviews is for Charbroil bad customer service. I bought a brand new 6 burner Performance series. Called the number on the grill to point out a design flaw with thier rotisserie attachment. The guy on the phone insisted that the attachment was compatible. I assured him it was not. I will now have to return this item disappointed. Sad this local company in Georgia has gone down hill.
