My husband and I stopped for lunch, maybe four tables so not even busy. Took well over an hour to even get our food. And when we finally did it wasn’t even worth waiting. My husbands crisco was just disgusting it even had a bad smell to it. Cook blamed in on the onions no sorry was not that. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and all it was, was a pile of fat. So disappointed. WIll never waste my time going back.
Looking for a new place to try and came across your restaurant in a web search, it looked nice so we drive over from Crossville on Sunday 12/13, your web page says your open at 11am today but on Facebook it listed 4pm so we arrive at 4pm and no one is there, tried calling and no answer, no signs on the door or hours listed but certainly closed up tight, really need to update your info, as much as we’d like to try this place I sure don’t want to waste another trip like today.
We called a day ahead to say we were bringing a lot over and they didn’t have enough people working and they served people out of order. So disappointed. Oh well we live and learn!!
Amazing service today at Char! Very few places can accommodate 50+ walk-ins all at once and still turn out fantastic food and service. Great food, service, and atmosphere!

We had a great dinner last night! The offer on Facebook was true!!!! BOGO! This the biggest 8oz rib eye I’ve ever seen and Smiley got an 8 oz filet! Our server was great, too! Looking forward to next promotion!!!!!
