Carolyn is a phenomenal therapist and person! Her presence is calming, compassionate, and very mindful/present. She is innately gifted in active listening, asking good questions to better understand you, and encouraging/uplifting you as you process hard stuff and move toward positive change. I would highly recommend her personally & professionally!
Carolyn is very knowledgable and compassionate and she was able to professionally and efficiently help me through a difficult situation.
Was towed flat out she’s not able to help and didn’t seem too enthusiastic about the phone call about a new client I won’t ever called them again

What a waste of time this woman is. Had an appointment booked for over a month only for her to call last night and cancel as she is too lazy to do the admin associated with the insurance plan that she has signed up to. Claimed she didn't have time and would lose thousands ($$$) by performing the paperwork that was required. Guess the red flag was there when we first made contact and she insisted I send her my credit card details before anything else.
