My husband and I recently visited Chapter One for the first time. It wasn't that crowded since we went around 4 pm for the dinner menu. The booths were comfortable and the service was pretty good. Had the chicken caesar, lumpia, blackened gulf shrimp tacos and the steak frites, all of which were ample portions, good prices and delicious! Only come up once in awhile from Oceanside for medical appts. nearby, but it will be something to look forward to when we do!
Great food and atmosphere. I will definitely make this place a regular.
