Don't go to Chaps! Do not trust your face to them, they don't do very good at cutting hair much less waxing. My eyes were swollen shut after "Lucy" was my eyebrows on Saturday. There was gauze left in my skin, it was pretty scary and I still have scabs. Very pretty huh?? But Lucy can do no wrong all she does is ARGUE, they won't get another penny from me, thanks to Lucy! Bye Bye - I cant risk my health or appearance to Chaps.
