My experience with Chappell Tree Service was back in October 2024, in Augusta GA after Hurricane Helene. I had a dangerous overhead hazard of trees leaning against each other near my house, which the insurance company would not help with since they hadn't hit house or fence yet. There was also so many more trees on houses that getting help was hard. Mr Chappell and a team he assembled came to the rescue. Shawn came out and gave a fair estimate, and then came back with Levi and Kayden to do the actual work. They were each courteous and professional and did exactly what we agreed on. Clean up was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful company to work with. They came right out and did a beautiful professional job. (clean up too) Their knowledge of the tree and which branches needed to be removed was such a great relief. (This was a large job with a river birch that had multiple branches going over my house and the neighbor's) We could have had a bad accident if we left them unattended. Chappell’s is FANTASTIC! They came to our corner of the world (near Augusta, GA) after Hurricane Helene rolled through and ravaged the area. Shawn, Levi and Jordan (Stihl too) have come to the house 2 times and each time they have been so nice, professional and kept costs reasonable. I am so grateful that we crossed paths.
