They’re alright
Don Biddle was my salesman. Best car buying experience ever!!!! He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was not made to feel pressured in anyway and he took the time to explain everything. At no point in the process did I have an underlying feeling of being “taken”. This is my first VW but if I purchase another it will undoubtedly be from Don. Car buying could be much less stressful with more salespeople like him.
