It’s interesting how all bad reviews never post their real identity. Then again they wouldn’t want the truth of their situation made public.
This company should not be in business. They are extremely unprofessional and impossible to deal with. They have poor and honestly ILLEGAL business practices. PJ Chapman entered the property while occupied illegally and was harassing us for four days to leave the property and move out after we gave our 30 day notice sand still had that four days on the agreement. Champan charge us $3000.00 to replace the worn carpet, paint the home and ceilings and many more charges. We were basically charged to remodel the home and pay for ... read more
