The worst dealership, I went there to see electric car I end buying x5 which sticker price 74k the dealer told me there 18k discount which the car will be 56k so I said yes and I sign paper then in end I found out the price jumped to 86k I asked them next day where is 18k they said it is will discount it after 5 years from my purchase, I told them I dont want the car take back they wont take it back I did not drove it and I kept it in there lot they dropped at my house, if there is shortage in car market why you guys dont ta... read more
Absolutely dreadful! Drove to Chandler to purchase a *** 2 series. This was by far the worst car dealership I have ever been to. They refused to offer the *** *** lease special saying they don't need to honor that lease special advertised online, as someone else will buy the car. If you are African ******** do not go to this dealership. On July 16, 2021, I went to see if I could get maintenance on my 2021 *** X4 M version of my car. Once, I drove up to the ************ area at the dealership. I parked my car behind a *** Demo X3 car and literally watch the service guy stare at me and continue to stand ***** feet away from my car. Long story. They scammed me big time. Paid over 7000.00 in the last couple years and the problem still exists. Leaks oil on passenger side of engine and smokes and smells like burning oil on the exhaust manifold. I live in MN but vacation in AZ for 3 months every year. I'm sure that's why they ripped me off. Complete BS from Jeremy. I would never buy another BMW again.
on 3/19/2021 which was a friday, I saw a ***** ***** from their used inventory on truecar through perksatwork, liked it, got a quote $12994 for baseprice before add ons, I was fine as it was good deal, they called me and I asked for test drive. I was told they will call me back. I got a call back saying an out of state buyer paid advance and booked it. I'll be adding to my real review when this HORRIBLE buying experience is finally over. I tend to buy a BMW once a year or so, I found a dealership I would never buy from again. Go to BMW North Scottsdale or Arrowhead, you will get the same price I promise, just won't have to deal with the lack of training or a GM that doesn't seem to care to solve my problem after the deal is done.
