WHO can we COMPLAIN to at CAG who will address the TERRIBLE customer service we experienced concerning having a 42-month AC DELCO battery replaced that was under warranty? Wayne Lemon said the battery [that has been in the possession of CAG for over 10 days!] is not under warranty due to be cracked?
