Still waiting over a month later for my refund when my wedding was canceled due to Covid. And to top it all off I was told I couldn’t get my deposit back! I didn’t choose to cancel my wedding I live in Canada and literally can not get to Vegas for my April wedding. Every other service I had booked with in Vegas gave me a full refund and I would expect the same from them seeing as this was out of my hands. What is the status of the refunds for those of us whose weddings were canceled due to Covid? If the accounting department is available to take payments for new bookings, then they can certainly process a refund.
We had the most ultimate wedding! It was completely stress free for us! From the planning stages with our personal planner, to hair, flowers, wedding cake, ceremony, limo, photos and live broadcast for our family and friends! We booked this chapel for our April 2020 wedding. Unfortunately, the Corona virus caused national mayhem and closed our Las Vegas resorts. We contacted the chapel more than a month ahead of time and they refused to refund our deposit. A national crisis is not the time to line your pockets with other people’s misfortunes. It is bad business and we refuse to reschedule our wedding at this venue. How many other couples lost their deposit due to this pandemic? Very sad. Watch out before you give them money --- you will never get it back. Wedding plans in Vegas had to be cancelled due to Corona Virus, but they will not give refund! Seems like a crime....
