Everything up to the day of the wedding was easy, seamless, and perfect. Ashley was great! Upon arrival at the chapel on my wedding day it was extremely rushed and unorganized. We didn’t even know who our coordinator was, and stood clueless in the office lobby for several minutes before anyone approached us. We loved our reverend, she was amazing. Very poor customer service, Chapel of Flowers left the bride and groom to find their own transportation to the venue when it was paid for in the wedding package specifically. Was told it was our fault for not contacting them to let them know their driver was late for pickup and the bride and groom we're forced to take a taxi to ensure timely arrival at their own wedding. One hundred percent recommend Chapel of the Flowers! We were married a little over six months ago and due to the covid pandemic funds have been tight but they worked with us to get the video and photos of our dreams! I highly recommend a photo package and most definitely the video they offer! Such beautiful packaging with a stunning glass USB and the videographer did a remarkable job as did the photographer.
It was a beautiful small setting, perfect for a small wedding. The pastor was great!!! Loved the video!
