Dr. Townsend and all the staff at Chapel Hills orthodontics have been such a pleasure to work with! We have three children, all of which had orthodontic care by this group! When you have so many appointments throughout your orthodontic experience it helps when the staff are nice to work with! We consider them like family now! We will miss seeing them. Chapel Hills Orthodontics is absolutely Amazing! Dr. Townsend and his staff are very kind and concerned and they are all highly skilled as well. My daughter had major problems but they were determined to do the very best for her. From the beginning, when another orthodontist wanted to pull 4 permanent teeth to start, Dr. Townsend impressed and blessed my heart when the first treatment planning words out of his mouth were, "we try NOT to pull teeth". I can't even tell you how grateful and excited I am that we were referred to Dr. Townsend by a friend. My son's case was very severe requiring a lot of work not only straightening his teeth, but also extending his lower jaw. Dr. Townsend's skills and expertise lead to an unbelievable results giving my son perfect straight teeth that even Dr. Townsend was impressed by!
