I take all the family cars to the Cole Park Location and have been very satisfied with service and find the prices to be very fair. The shuttle service is a great bonus and the driver is a great people person.
I needed a last-minute oil change and called Chapel Hill Tire in Carrboro since they were nearby - Trey was super accommodating and friendly on the phone, and they were able to squeeze me right in! All told, I was in and out within about 45 minutes. Everyone was professional, courteous, and efficient. When I looked at the invoice, I even saw that they threw in a complimentary tire rotation which is awesome since my vehicle is AWD. Huge thanks to Trey and the whole team!
UNC students beware! My daughter took her 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and to see why her check engine light was on. They charged her $60+ to connect her Jeep to computer to see what was wrong. They determined she had a “bad” thermostat, even though she has had no issue with her thermostat. They preceded to tell her she needed the following: a coolant flush, brake fluid flush, a fuel injection service per mileage of the car, the air filter is dirty, etc...to the tune of $958.34. I have been to a few of their locations and none measures up to the Carrboro location. The Carrboro Crew is AWESOME! Whenever I go there I always receive great, helpful, personable, thoughtful, friendly, and efficient services. For years now, they are the only location I visit.
I have always received great service at the University Mall location. Multiple times they have been able to work me in without an appointment and once repaired my car for several hundred less than I was quoted at another shop.
I trust Chapel Hill Tire. They've worked on 3 of my cars and did a great job. I don't feel like they're trying to get over on me, they're very logical and fair. That's why I continue to go there year after year. No problems what so ever!
The Carrboro location is awesome and beyond helpful and honest. I could not speak more highly about them and I am so grateful for them!
The staff is very friendly and the waiting area has amenities to help the time fly. The manager is EXTREMELY nice. I drive 30+ minutes to get a great experience and know that my car is in good hands.
