As usual, my dental service at Royal Oak was great. It's always top notch dental care and any dental concerns are always met with the utmost care.
I love the people at Royal Oak Family Dental, in particular my hygienist, Amy. Dr.Woolf is very friendly and knowledgeable too, but Amy is my favorite!

The word "care" gets tossed around a lot in health circles. To actually feel cared for, that's no small thing. I work in public health and my standards for good care are high; my standards for GREAT care are very high. Melissa, as always, was excellent. The reception desk person took too much time figuring out how to check me out. She also charged me more than she should have for the Wellness coverage. My husband had confirmed with the front desk what my charge was when he was in the week before. He had to call the next day to straighten it out...I realize that people at the desk were new and I do have confidence that things will improve because I know the high quality of service I have been used to. Melissa is great! She gave me an awesome experience cleaning my teeth.Dr. Woolf is also amazing! Always patient and considerate, and take care of my teeth very well!
