The reception staff and nurse at this practice are always very lovely and helpful when I call and I want to give special thanks to Dr. David Castelan who manages the care of my dad and who is dedicated, professional and displays real empathy. I have no hesitation recommending Chapelgate Medical Centre.
GP recommended a plastic surgeon who performed a botched procedure on me that has badly affected my life. And If you complain about a GP here, they ban you from the entire clinic. Cruel and vindictive.
