Called last weekend to ask questions about their services and was told they accepted walk ins. I arrived 20 mins before they opened to find the parking lot empty and the door locked. Call their number and was told they had appointments already set for the day. I am disappointed because I would’ve just made an appointment last weekend when I called to ask about their policies. Ended up having to go somewhere else.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience did not sit right with me at all. I came in for a simple wash and braid-down before a wig install—mainly so I wouldn’t mess up my eyebrows. That was the entire purpose of my visit. Before coming, I called and asked for pricing. I was told $20, and after a callback confirming I could come in, I showed up.
