This used to be a really nice apartment complex until a little over a year ago. Now, there are many young people who come home from the bar at 3 am in the middle of the week and yap in the parking lot and in front of peoples' doors, there is a creepy guy who stares at anyone who tries to use the pool, there are rats and roaches, the roofs and walls are rotting and/or growing mold on several of the buildings, and just last night I caught a man peeing behind the dumpster. What a gem this apartment complex is! Very small and quiet. Walking distance to Central Market and Yoga Yoga a plus. Major bus stop across the street. Management and staff are fantastic! Residents are all very friendly.
Great place to call home!! I love it here!
I lived here a year ago, I loved living in this property since there is no vandalism, it is a very safe community, it is also very beautiful, the pool is excellent in summer, great staff. I definitely recommend it.
