Love it. Every experience is awesome, all of the doctors are wonderful. Pharmacy is superfast. I literally drive from Sacramento to keep coming here because of the customer service is so good. Thank you Dr. Jorlin and Adam, and all of the wonderful nurses. And front of the house staff. You guys all rock!!
My Doctor, Dr. Jornlin has been my doctor for 15 years and he is amazing!!!!!! I used to see him at UC Davis and I followed him here. That is why I gave the 5 stars. The thing that needs help the most is the ladies that help you on the phone.
I went here before the remodel and it was beautiful! I wonder how it looks after the remodel? They were very kind and caring. I was treat exceptionally well here. I went as a regular civilian. I did not want to be shown favoritism of any kind because of my tribal affiliation or where I was from. They were clueless to that. They was very kind to me. That is something that I never forget. Their Behavioral Health Dept. is mind numbingly inadequate. I always leave there with such deep depression and hopelessness. I truly pity the person who is clearly so very unhappy working there. My problems always seem small after a session at Chapa De.
I had multi appointments yesterday, had a good experience with my new doctor. She listened to me about my issues and she made me feel comfortable. The dentist appointment went well too. The dentist and the staff were nice and I felt my questions were answered.
