Not violate patient rights
So far they have been fantastic at the Auburn CA location. They promptly sent new patient entry forms in my email, and within a day followed up with a new patient appointment, choosing a new doctor and verifying insurance details. In addition they were very accommodating with regards to what I needed and the timeline I needed it in. I have no complaints. I've been coming here for years and seems like with how much they change their doctors and staff nothing gets accomplished. if someone has medi-cal they automatically give u the only option. took my daughter to dental 2 months ago because she broke her front teeth and the dentist quickly said they would need to have a root canal done without even taking xrays!! that same day I took her to a specialist and they saved her teeth! this place sucks!
