Terrible. Drs don’t care about their patients, they could care less. Horrible staff as soon as I’m able I am switching drs. They never return patient phone calls, maybe if they didn’t have so many patients they would be able to take better care of their patients. Ugh

RecommendedPeople worked very hard and tirelessly to get Chapa-De up and running years ago. My neighbor and friend, Vi Hamil was instrumental and there is a large portrait of her in the Grass Valley Building. She wanted healthcare for native people and other people more than anything else. My friends have been going there for dental and health care and have been very satisfied.
Friendly and caring staff that are always waiting for you with a smile!

Because I wasn’t able to make appointments when needed after 3 years I’ve been dumped as a patient
All Staffed Out has supplied temps for Chapa de for years. All my employees request to go back.
If you can prove Native American descent you might qualify. High quality care!
Beginning to hate this place and my primary physician more ad more. Incmpetent!
