Complete lack of communication. Unable to completely explain what was being done at time of drop off. Did not have complete understanding/knowledge of the product being installed (required more hardware than was in the kit for proper installation to install properly for fan shroud to clear fan & transfer case linkage to work properly). So I had the amazing opportunity to get the help of Ak at Chaos on Tuesday morning. I had an urgent issue before a trip to TN. He invited me in immediately and when I arrived he instantly treated me like family. His staff did as well. He took an amazing amount of time to show me examples and teach me what was happening with my Jeep. I learned so much in an hour. He even used a whiteboard!
