Chaos entire staff are extremely knowledgable, experienced and helpful. If you have problems nobody else can solve these guys will find it. I am amazed at the work they do every time I am in the shop. Keep it up guys!
On 8/07/2017 at 10:30pm I messaged AK because my 2016 Rubicon wouldn't come out of 1st gear. I was on the side of the road in Seymour, Missouri. AK went above and beyond to tell me what to do so we could get it off the road and to a safe place. Thank you AK for taking time away from your family and helping me. Long store short the transmission had burned up and we had it towed to a Jeep Dealership in Fayetteville, Arkansas which was 175 miles. Indeed I could not ask for a better guy to call than AK.
I had to take my 2017 JKU in this morning to diagnose excessive/violent shifter shake and banging that the local dealership's service department said was all good. Apparently it was quite easy to determine that the trans mount was not fully mounted to the transmission. I had been told once that this was the only place to go to get your Wrangler serviced, I now understand why. Thanks guys!
Another fast, efficient and 1/2 the price of the Jeep dealership repair plus AK, Maria and Tim's personal customer service.
I would give them zero!!! I paid for parts that were not installed on my jeep but substituted without my signature or consent. They went over the original invoice by 30%, I never got my credit for returned parts, sold me a tire that can't hold air, the brakes were leaking, incomplete welds, brake lines installed incorrectly, vacuum lines unhooked, and the list keeps growing. I lost steering because of a loose nut!!!!! You won't see my jeep here ever again.
AK & Tim are awesome...incredible guys...know their stuff and can handle a big build! Thanks for all you've done for me�
I did a 3in teraflex lift with chaos diff covers. The diff covers are solid welds are top notch. AK explained every part of the lift and why it should be done that way. Got my jku back and she rides better than the day I got it. Only place I will let touch my jeep from now on.
