There is not enough words to tell you how much I absolutely love and adore this shop and its owners. They not only do beautiful work; they go above and beyond! I am a former Tennessean and my children, grandchildren and friends are all still in TN and when I am in need of a floral arrangement; Chantilly Lace Floral is definitely my “go to”. Placed an order over night & got it delivered the next day to a hotel as a birthday surprise for a special someone. Staff was kind enough to call regarding substitutions instead of just making changes without my knowledge. Flowers were long lasting & are still going! Will definitely order from here again when I’m in the area.

I have used this florist twice. First time, was very pleased with the arrangement they put together. Second time, showed them picture from their website for a funeral and the delivered arrangement was half the size and roses looked like they were the leftovers.
