I had a great experience at Chantilly Auto Sales. Unlike the mumbo jumbo you get from a lot of dealerships, Tony shot straight with me and got me the car I wanted with minimum trouble. It arrived in great condition and I have no complaints. They were gracious and delivered free of charge even though I live outside their delivery radius. Finally, their delivery driver was extremely professional and really solidified my experience.
Chantilly Auto Sale takes excellent care of its customers. I am very pleased with the service provided.
Shaq and Tony are the best! Bought a 6spd Audi S4 completely over the phone and had it delivered — a first for me. The entire experience was easy and professional. The team was transparent, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They sent detailed photos, answered all my questions, and kept everything clear and honest the entire way through. Super impressed with how efficient they were. Highly recommend if you’re buying from out of town or just want a no-hassle, stress-free experience!

ZERO STARS!!!! RUN from Chantilly Auto!!! I bought a Honda CR-V from them 1 year ago communication is horrible!!!!!! I sent them money for the car and had to ask for the receipt a day later. THEY ARE LIARS - I did not want a CV Transmission. They specifically told me it was NOT a CVT. They lied it is CVT. There is a crack in the windshield. They said it had Navigation - it does not.
