Rude and snarky when speaking with the Sales Manager Tony Hafiz. I wrote to inquire about a BMW to ask for maintenance records. He referred me to the CarFax. I said that in 2000 miles that the timing belt was going to need replacement as well as the water pump which can run from $3000-3500 and that is why people tend to trade them in at that point...to avoid that expense which gets passed along to the next owner.
