A few months overdue but I had a custom piece made/jade repair and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I love it so much! Communication was great and Randy really listened to what I wanted and delievered. I chose the right place coming here! So very happy

Few months ago, my husband ordered a replacement 14KT clasp on a bracelet. This man ends up using 10KT, while never asking if it was okay, and only informs my husband upon pickup, while also never returning the difference in price on materials that my husband spent up front (I was actually pretty livid when he got home to tell me this and told him not to trust this person further then and there).
