The food is GREAT and the service is excellent! A definite staple in my family's dining out schedule.
I had a hair in my food and a manager never came over to apology or acknowledged the incident and they still charged me at the conclusion of the meal. I didn’t say anything because I was so appalled at the lack of professionalism and genuineness. The food was good but the fact that I had to send my food back because I had a hair in it and the waitress thought that a manager should not address the issue bothered me.
I have yet to eat at Chant but I visit on Saturday night's for the great house music! They have very attentive bartenders and staff! I plan attend for lunch or dinner in the future! �
One of my favorite places to be! I love everything about this place; the ambience, the food, the cocktails, management, servers, chefs, maître d... Today I brought my mother for the first time and she has already arranged our next visit :) xoxo
