I had a hair in my food and a manager never came over to apology or acknowledged the incident and they still charged me at the conclusion of the meal. I didn’t say anything because I was so appalled at the lack of professionalism and genuineness. The food was good but the fact that I had to send my food back because I had a hair in it and the waitress thought that a manager should not address the issue bothered me.
