Horrible a friend of mine along with a group of other women were threatened by a male patron and staff did nothing to help . They allowed this man to shout obscenities to these women . Authorities had to be called by my friends and in turn they were asked to leave not the offender ....if you’re a female go with a male . Obviously the male workers in Chant are not supportive of women standing up for themselves . .
When placing a delivery order it was never actually put in the system. Calling an hour after the order was placed we were told: “well...I thought it was a pick up order and then having to change it to delivery made me forget to put it in at all.” The next excuse was “we were really busy and forgot to do it”.
