We still live here so I'm hoping my opinion will change... but we have 7 more months on our lease and we're already looking for a new place. First- the base price of our apartment was under $1,100 supposedly including everything but power. We pay almost $1,500 a month for the place. We also paid for and had the expectations of hard wood floors according to the amenities listed on our floor plan. Hello. Im a previous resident. I lived here for 7 years. If you are looking for an apartment I highly suggest you hear what I had experienced here before you ever ask for a tour. I moved out in oct 9 2021. The front office staff changed yearly so you rarely had a regular face after a year. The maintenance was definitely subpar and at one point the property manager was marking off maintenance requests as completed without anyone ever even fixing the problems. Team is terrible and unprofessional
I have attached my review from before a new property management crew took over. The new team is extremely unprofessional. I left a message for the office about $200+ worth of water charges on my account. They never got back to me. So I called and the lady said she doesn’t know why that happened but she would email me. Never heard back. When we asked about early termination due to a medical issue they quoted us $6,000. God I loved this place before but the new team is bad. My recommendation : stay away
