I have been in treatment here for over a month now and have had a great experience with Dr.H and her staff. They are always there for me when I need to talk about hardships in my life or share good news I received over the weekend. I appreciate Rose always being available to take me on a walk when I’m over whelmed, or Dan making me laugh when I’m having a rough day. The team at Channel Islands mental health has been able to support me in an intensive outpatient treatment program as well as supporting me and my family in an emergency mental health crisis. I greatly appreciate all the help I have received from Dr. Hopkin’s team. I highly recommend this practice.

Mental health is vitally important and while "tremendous" events in our lives typically spurs us to seek it, there are often things in our pasts that prohibit us from reaching our full potential.
