I've been going to Changes for years! Sometimes I get wrapped up in the hustle of every day life and don't go as often as I'd like to, but I managed to get a last minute appointment yesterday for a massage on my birthday. My appointment was with Carmen and she was fantastic!!! Definitely plan on going back to see her in 2-3 weeks!!Â
