So I in town for work from Sacramento. I looked up a few nail shop in the area. I googled best spots. The website put Happy Nails as a top spot to go. So I went door were locked the place was closed. So a made my way to Pro Nails they didn't have walk in available. So walk in the little town and saw Changs Nails.
