Check in process excellent with very professional and friendly customer service. Notifications for upcoming appointments are very beneficial. Dr. Chang’s caring professionalism makes you feel very comfortable and explains the exam and answers questions. I would give this practice more than 5 stars
Thorough exam and friendly engagement
I have been seeing Dr. Chang for 10 years and highly recommend her. She is very thorough and I always feel I’m in good hands. I never feel rushed in and rushed out. She is very easy to talk to and has a very likable personality!!!! A 5 star dermatologist for sure!!!!
